Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Submitting required documents in a timely manner
• Payment of fees as agreed
• Compliance with visa requirements and regulations

Limitation of Liability

AXPORA provides assistance services but cannot guarantee visa approval. Final decisions rest with the respective embassies and consulates. We are not liable for visa rejections or delays beyond our control.
