Service Fees

AXPORA charges service fees for visa assistance, consultation, and related services. These fees are separate from government visa fees, embassy fees, and third-party charges.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service cancellation before work has commenced
  • Failure to provide agreed services due to our error
  • Duplicate payments made in error

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Government visa fees and embassy charges
  • Third-party service fees (courier, translation, etc.)
  • Services already rendered or completed
  • Visa rejections or delays beyond our control

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@axpora.com within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
